Unless otherwise stated, the data you obtain from the website (including but not limited to text, images, animations, etc.) is owned by Key Laboratory of Vertebrate Evolution and Human Origin of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Vertebrate Paleontology and Paleoanthropology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The data is provided only for non-commercial educational or research use.

You agree to honor the requests of data owner for copyright settings and acknowledgements.

You agree that ADMorph Database does not guarantee the persistence or quality of the data and is not responsible for its loss.

You agree that ADMorph Database does not guarantee data security.

You agree not to use ADMorph Database as a long-term private archive of your data. If as a long-term one, you may require to publish or delete the data from the website.

You agree that ADMorph Database reserves the right to reject your request without providing a reason.

You agree that ADMorph Database may downgrade your account to prevent you from uploading more data without providing a reason.

You agree that administrator will not tolerate willful misuse of the website and may sue for any purposeful or neglectful destructive activity.
